By using MirrorMai, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These Terms apply to all users including free and paid accounts.

2. What MirrorMai is

MirrorMai is an AI-powered self-reflection tool. It is not a medical device, a mental health treatment, or a substitute for professional therapy or counseling. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

3. Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use MirrorMai.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You may not share your account with others.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use MirrorMai to harm, harass, or deceive others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI model
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information

5. Subscriptions and billing

• The free plan is free. The Inner Circle plan is billed monthly at $19/month.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

6. Intellectual property

You own your reflection content. MirrorMai owns its software, models, and the Mirror Profile framework. You grant MirrorMai a limited license to use your content to provide the service.

7. Limitation of liability

MirrorMai is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you by email of material changes. Continued use after notification means you accept the updated Terms.
